Cocoliquot
If you didn’t treat your significant other to a date at Cocoliquot this past Valentines day, then you should be dumped! (were just kidding…but it is that good!) Cocoliquot bills itself as “Madison’s premier wine and chocolate destination”, and we are going to have to second that. This hip little place located right behind the capital, serves up not only over 50 different wines by the glass, and homemade chocolates, but French bistro cuisine so yummy that who needs Paris. If your swing’n in for chocolates then we recommend the“pour’ l amour”, aphrodisiac concoctions for both him and/or her, nice. If your sweet tooth ain’t aching, don’t worry…Cocoliquot’s food is amazing. We recommend you check them out for Sunday brunch, entrees include everything from the savory to the sweet, (such as duck eggs with roast beef hash or chocolate waffles with apricot sauce) and just nine bucks will get you an entree plus side.
