My latest and greatest find that your boy just can’t seem to get enough of lately is Hulu. You have probably seen the weird commercials on TV for Hulu, where aliens masquerade around in the bodies of celbs like A. Baldwin…. strange marketing, but whatever.
Hulu is a website that offers streaming video of TV shows and movies from NBC, Fox and many other networks and studios. Hulu provides video in Flash Video format, including many films and shows that are available in 480p and high-definition. You can enjoy most of Hulu’s content without signing up for a Hulu account (which is free), but if you do signing up is necessary for users to access any content intended for mature audiences… so in other words, just create an account.

So now for the Software Reqs:
Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, Firefox 1.5 or above, or Safari 2.0 or above
JavaScript and Cookies must also be enabled
Adobe Flash Player 9.0.115 or above
Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Microsoft Windows Vista, Macintosh OS X or Linux
In addition to the above, you will need an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for smooth playback. You’ll also need Flash Player 9.0.124.0 to watch the 720p clips in our HD Gallery. Hulu recommends a downstream bandwidth of over 3,500Kbps to stream shows and movies from their HD Gallery.
So it’s by far worth the “check out”… personally with my iMAC and Hulu.com, I’m seriously thinking about cutting the cable cord.
