1971 Schwinn Speedster

All original, vintage men's Schwinn Speedster in green. Features Sturmey Archer 3 speed rear hub.

Frame measures 21" from center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube. Stand over height is 30". Perfect for someone 5' 7" - 5' 10" give or take.

Just $40! Easily worth that much in parts.

Excellent candidate for restoration or rebuild.

Very rusty rims and chain. Will need new, plus tires and tubes. Not ridden in years.

It has an ancient U-lock locked around frame...you'll have to deal with that on your own. I've lost the key and there is no way for me to remove it.

The chromed steel hardware bits and fenders feature surface rust as well, but not too bad. With some steel wool and/or elbow grease they should clean up well - the wheels...probably not. Frame and fork and the important bits all look solid. Seat and grips look good.
